What is ShowWell Media?
ShowWell Media is a professional real estate photography and media company serving Beaufort County and the South Carolina Lowcountry. We provide listing photography, aerial drone photography and video, property films, floor plans, Zillow 3D tours, twilight imagery, vertical social media content and property websites.
Who does ShowWell Media work with?
We primarily work with real estate agents and brokers, but also serve builders, developers, property managers, vacation-rental professionals and other property marketing clients.
What makes ShowWell Media different from a typical real estate photographer?
ShowWell Media brings a commercial and advertising photography approach to real estate. Our goal isn't simply to document a property — it's to create polished visual marketing that presents the property in the best possible way.
What is included with real estate photography?
Depending on the package selected, real estate photography can include professionally edited interior and exterior photographs, architectural and detail images, exterior property coverage and other listing-specific imagery. Drone photography, floor plans, Zillow 3D tours, video, twilight imagery and social media content can be added or included in selected packages.
How many photos will I receive?
The number of photographs depends on the package selected and the size and features of the property. ShowWell focuses on creating a complete and purposeful collection of images rather than simply delivering a large number of similar photographs.
Do you photograph luxury homes?
Yes. ShowWell Media photographs properties ranging from everyday residential listings to luxury and high-end properties, with attention to composition, architectural detail, lighting, views and overall presentation.
Do you photograph vacant homes?
Yes. Vacant properties can be photographed professionally, with composition and perspective selected to emphasize the home's architecture, proportions and important features. Virtual staging and other enhancements may also be available.
Do you offer drone photography for real estate?
Yes. ShowWell Media offers professional aerial drone photography for properties where aerial imagery adds value to the listing, including property, land, water, marsh, golf, neighborhood and other contextual views.
Do you offer drone video?
Yes. Drone video can be incorporated into property films and real estate marketing videos when appropriate.
Is drone photography available for every property?
Drone operations depend on weather, airspace, safety and applicable regulations. ShowWell Media only performs aerial work when it can be conducted safely and legally.
Do you offer real estate video?
Yes. ShowWell Media offers professionally produced property videos designed for MLS, websites, social media and broader property marketing. Depending on the service selected, video can include interior and exterior footage, cinematic movement, detail shots, outdoor living areas, views and aerial footage.
How long does real estate video take to deliver?
Our standard video turnaround is 48 hours after the shoot. Standard turnaround is subject to shoot timing, scheduling and service availability.
Do you offer vertical video for social media?
Yes. Vertical video can be produced specifically for social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, including property footage, aerial clips, detail shots and agent-facing content where applicable.
Can an agent be included in the video?
Yes. Agent introductions, walkthroughs, talking-head segments and calls to action can be incorporated when included in the selected service.
Do you offer CubiCasa floor plans?
Yes. ShowWell Media offers CubiCasa floor plans as part of selected packages and as an available service. Floor plans provide buyers with an easy-to-understand view of the property's layout and room relationships.
Do you offer 2D and 3D floor plans?
Yes. Available floor-plan options depend on the package or service selected.
Do you offer Zillow 3D Home tours?
Yes. Zillow 3D Home tours can be included with selected ShowWell Media packages, giving buyers an interactive way to explore the property and understand its layout remotely.
Can floor plans and 3D tours be ordered separately?
Yes. Individual services may be available depending on the property and services requested.
Do you offer twilight photography?
Yes. ShowWell Media offers both real twilight photography and virtual twilight imagery, depending on the service selected.
What is the difference between real and virtual twilight?
Real twilight photography is captured on location during the evening blue-hour period using the actual property, lighting and sky conditions. Virtual twilight transforms an existing daytime photograph into a dusk-style image during post-production.
Do you offer virtual staging?
Virtual staging and other property-image enhancements may be available depending on the service required.
Do you provide property websites?
Yes. Property websites can provide a centralized presentation of the listing's photographs, video, floor plans, tours and other marketing materials.
Can ShowWell Media create social media content for my listing?
Yes. Selected packages include or can be supplemented with vertical photographs and video specifically intended for social media marketing.
Can I use ShowWell Media's images on MLS and social media?
Yes. Media is provided for the agreed-upon marketing purposes associated with the property and listing, subject to ShowWell Media's usage and licensing terms.
How quickly will I receive my real estate photographs?
Our standard photography turnaround is 24 hours. Finished, professionally edited listing photographs are generally delivered within 24 hours of the completed shoot. Standard turnaround is subject to shoot timing, scheduling and service availability.
How quickly will I receive my property video?
Our standard video turnaround is 48 hours. Standard turnaround is subject to shoot timing, scheduling and service availability.
How are my finished files delivered?
Completed media is delivered digitally, allowing agents to easily download and share their photographs, videos and other listing assets.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Rush delivery may be available depending on the schedule, property and services requested. Contact ShowWell Media to determine availability.
How do I book a photography appointment?
ShowWell Media offers online booking through our ordering portal. Agents can select services, choose an available appointment and provide the property information required for the shoot.
Can I order multiple services at once?
Yes. ShowWell Media packages make it easy to combine photography with drone imagery, video, floor plans, 3D tours, twilight and social media content.
Can I order individual services instead of a package?
Yes. A la carte services are available for agents who only need a specific deliverable.
What happens after I place an order?
Once an order is submitted, the appointment is reviewed and confirmed. You will receive the appropriate scheduling and shoot information, including preparation instructions when applicable.
What should my seller do before the photographer arrives?
The property should be clean, decluttered and ready for photography before the photographer arrives. ShowWell Media provides preparation guidance to help agents and sellers prepare the property.
What is Pay at Close?
Pay at Close allows qualifying real estate agents to defer the cost of their ShowWell Media package rather than paying at the time of purchase. Instead of paying upfront, you can select Pay at Close during checkout and repay when the listing sells, subject to the program's terms.
How does Pay at Close work?
Order your media as normal, select Pay at Close when paying, create your Titus account and agree to the applicable terms, then repay when the listing closes or according to the program's repayment terms. Titus states that repayment can be handled through the closing/escrow process or, for eligible balances, by debit card.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
With an approved Pay at Close option, there is no upfront payment for the amount deferred through the program. This allows agents to choose the media package that best fits the listing without immediately using their own cash flow.
Does applying for Pay at Close affect my credit score?
According to Titus, applying uses a soft credit check, which does not impact your credit score. Titus notes that credit may be affected if an agent fails to repay when funds are due.
Who qualifies for Pay at Close?
Titus lists these general criteria: an active real estate license in the state, an active signed listing agreement for the subject property, the property cannot be land, commercial property or a manufactured home, and the agent's credit score must meet the applicable limit for the state. Eligibility should be confirmed through Titus before checkout.
How much can I qualify for?
Titus states that agents may qualify for up to 1.5% of the property's list price, up to $20,000. Once approved, the agent can use as little or as much of the approved amount as needed and only repays the amount used plus the applicable Pay at Close fee.
What does Pay at Close cost?
Titus states that rates start at 0%. Your actual rate is determined during the Titus qualification process. For example, at a 4% rate, a $1,000 purchase would have a repayment amount of $1,040.
When does the Pay at Close balance have to be repaid?
Titus describes Pay at Close as a six-month loan. The balance becomes due at the earliest of the home selling, the listing being canceled or withdrawn, or six months passing since the first payment.
How does repayment work when the property sells?
Once the property goes under contract, the agent provides Titus with the contact information for the company handling the closing. The agent logs into Titus, selects Add closing info, and provides the title, escrow or attorney information. Titus then automatically emails a payoff invoice to the closing team.
Can I repay Pay at Close myself instead of through the closing?
Yes. Titus states that agents can repay at any time through their Titus account. Available repayment methods include ACH or debit card.
What if the property doesn't sell?
If the home has not sold when the balance becomes due, Titus states that the agent can either repay the balance in one payment or start an installment plan. Installment plans may carry additional fees if they extend beyond the original due date.
What happens if I don't repay?
Titus states that failure to repay or defaulting on the loan may result in the delinquency being reported to credit bureaus, which could negatively affect the agent's credit.
Can Pay at Close be used for other listing expenses?
Yes. Titus states that approved Pay at Close funds can also be used for other listing-preparation expenses through participating Titus businesses, including staging, painting, repairs and marketing.
Where can I check whether I qualify?
Agents can check their eligibility and estimated Pay at Close rate before completing checkout through the Titus qualification process. The qualification link is available through the ShowWell Media ordering process.
What areas does ShowWell Media serve?
ShowWell Media is based in the South Carolina Lowcountry and primarily serves Beaufort County and surrounding communities, including Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head Island and surrounding Lowcountry communities. Extended-area assignments may also be available depending on the property, schedule and services requested.
Do you serve Beaufort, SC?
Yes. Beaufort is one of ShowWell Media's primary service areas.
Do you serve Bluffton, SC?
Yes. ShowWell Media provides real estate photography and media services in Bluffton and surrounding communities.
Do you serve Hilton Head Island?
Yes. ShowWell Media serves Hilton Head Island for real estate photography and property media services.
Do you serve Port Royal and Lady's Island?
Yes. ShowWell Media serves properties throughout the greater Beaufort area, including Port Royal, Lady's Island and surrounding communities.
Do you travel outside Beaufort County?
Yes. Extended-area assignments may be available. Travel requirements and any applicable travel charges are determined based on the property location and scope of the assignment.
Do you serve Savannah, Georgia?
ShowWell Media can accommodate select assignments in the Savannah area depending on scheduling and project requirements. Contact us to confirm availability for your property.
Do you serve Charleston, South Carolina?
Extended service to the Charleston area may be available for select assignments. Contact ShowWell Media with the property address and requested services to confirm availability.
Do you work with individual real estate agents?
Yes. ShowWell Media works directly with individual agents as well as brokerages and real estate teams.
Do you offer packages specifically for real estate agents?
Yes. ShowWell Media packages are designed around common needs of today's real estate agent, from essential listing photography to comprehensive marketing packages combining photography, video, aerial imagery, floor plans and tours.
Can I order media for every listing I have?
Absolutely. ShowWell Media is designed to support agents with a repeatable, professional media workflow for individual listings as well as ongoing agent relationships.
Can another agent or brokerage use the media?
Media usage is governed by ShowWell Media's licensing terms. If a property changes agents, brokerages or ownership, additional usage or licensing may apply.
Do you photograph properties other than traditional residential listings?
Yes. ShowWell Media's photography background extends beyond residential real estate and includes architecture, hospitality, resorts, commercial properties, vacation rentals and other property-related assignments.
Do you photograph vacation rentals and Airbnb properties?
Yes. ShowWell Media can provide professional photography and media for vacation rentals, short-term rentals and hospitality properties.
Do you work with builders and developers?
Yes. ShowWell Media can provide photography, aerial imagery, video and other visual marketing services for builders, developers and newly constructed properties.
Who is behind ShowWell Media?
ShowWell Media was founded by professional photographer Richard Steinberger, who has nearly 30 years of experience in commercial and advertising photography. His work has included architecture, hospitality and resort photography, lifestyle, marine and luxury real estate, with experience working with Airbnb's Luxury Division, Christie's Great Estates and Sotheby's International Realty.
